Same-Day Delivery

"We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 1:00 PM every day because we understand your urgent needs. Whether it's a spontaneous gesture of love or a carefully planned event, rest assured, your flowers will arrive promptly to brighten your day. If the recipient isn't available to receive the delivery, we'll make two attempts to ensure success. If we're still unable to reach them, we'll collaborate with you to arrange another delivery time. Your satisfaction is what matters most to us. Please note that fees may apply for additional attempts to reach the recipient."

Severe Weather Conditions Exception

While we strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner, please note that severe weather conditions may impact our delivery schedule. In the event of severe weather, such as heavy snowfall or extreme storms, delivery times may be delayed for the safety of our drivers and the integrity of your flowers. We appreciate your understanding and patience during such circumstances.

Peak Holiday Periods

During peak holiday seasons, such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, our order volume escalates significantly. While we strive to fulfill all orders within the requested time frame, please understand that delivery times may fluctuate due to the high demand. We strongly advise placing your order at least 5 days in advance to secure your preferred delivery date and time. Kindly note that during exceptionally busy periods, our order window may close early due to overwhelming demand.
