Will the arrangement I order look exactly like the picture on the website?

Due to limited availability during the season, it may be necessary to substitute some flowers when placing an order. We strive to maintain the value and integrity of every arrangement ordered, with particular attention to colour and floral design components. If it's necessary to substitute, we'll use the same quality replacements as the original flowers.
When will the flowers be delivered?

Delivery to the Lynn Valley area can be expected between 2 pm and 6 pm on the same day. If you require a special timed delivery, please add in the delivery instruction. At this time, we can only deliver to Northshore (up to Horseshoe Bay).
Can I place an order for pick-up?

Yes, definitely! Place your order online and choose 'Store Pick-Up'. Orders for same-day pickup must be placed by 1 pm and will be ready for pickup between 2 pm and 6 pm. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email.
